Right of withdrawal on delivery of products

  1. When purchasing products, the consumer can terminate the contract without giving any reason to dissolve for 30 days. This period commences on the day following receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer.
  2. During this period the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to judge whether he wishes to keep the product. If he uses his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
  3. KBH BV shall reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by KBH BV for the returned product, without undue delay but within 14 days of the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless KBH BV offers to collect the product itself, we may wait with repayment until we have received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he/she has returned the product, whichever comes first. We will use the same means of payment that the consumer used for repayment, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

Cancellation of your order
An order can be cancelled free of charge as long as it has not been shipped yet. There are no cancellation fees. You can cancel an order by sending an e-mail to info@kbhonline.eu stating that you wish to cancel and giving the order number. Any payment will be refunded within 7 days.

Return procedure
Would you like to return an item? Then we ask you to do the following. This way we can handle your return as smoothly as possible.

Report your return to our customer service department by e-mail.
You will receive a confirmation of your request via e-mail.
You will receive instructions on how to ship the item via email.
Upon receipt of your shipment, we will send a confirmation of receipt via e-mail.

As a rule, you will receive a response from us within 2 working days.

Condition of packaging on return
Please make sure that you pack your purchases in a outer box when returning them. The original packaging or case may not be damaged by duct tape, stickers or other adhesive materials. Unfortunately, we are otherwise forced to charge cleaning costs or replacement of the packaging material, so that we can also make the future owner happy with his or her new purchase.

Exception materials
Unfortunately we cannot take back opened packages, bottles or hygiene products.
